Street light is permanently out problem

email received 10.03.26 - I would like to report a faulty street light, it has been working intermittently now for a several weeks but has now decided not to work at all.
I have had to report this problem on a few separate occasions now, with which it has been dealt with but over time the fault reoccurs.
There has been a new LED lamp post fitted for several years which is along side of the faulty lamp post but has never been in working order, please could i ask, is there a reason for this.

I hope the faulty light can be fixed soon, as its very dark along the road and it is making it very hard to get in and out of the drive.
