The highways barrier has bee left after work on mill street care home. Unsightly and needs removing

  • This is still dumped outside mill house nursing home at the bottom of oxford hill. It is a complete eye sore and has been there for months and months

  • Rather like the fact that the barrier was originally put there because of accidents caused by the large road sign "having slipped down its mounting ..." . OCC Claims say there are still investigations that need to be pursued before anything can move forward ... (;-) ?
