Iceland van deliberately left blocking the road and blocking my vehicle in. Unable to move my vehicle nobody to get in touch with. This is a shared access road and staff are aware my vehicle belongs to me and I was in the building at work. Could have easily parked elsewhere to allow me access to my vehicle. This road is a publicly maintained highway and no other vehicle including emergency services are able to drive round past it.
