Escalated missing collection

Since June 2025, our bin collection has been stopped. We have to call and report it each time, and it takes weeks to be collected. The last collection was on 24th February and the bins are full. Also, delivery drivers and people who stop for shopping throw their food rubbish around. We have been tidying around the bins, but none of this is our duty. We need the rubbish to be collected immediately and the floor to be cleaned, as this has not been caused by us. Secondly we need cctv on that area. Those people who stop on that area pee around.
