Can a warden please check the parking very close to the junction and on the verge which is dangerous.

Agreed.

Perhaps they can also educate those that park of an evening right upto the Give Way line in Marlborough Road Junction and directly opposite causing an inconvenience to other road users .

Highway Code Rule 243 states: DO NOT stop or park:

* opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space.

Can double yellow lines be considered please.
