Bushes and tree branches overhanging

Encroaching on the pavement all along the stretch of Picketts Lock Lane walking up to the bus stop the bushes are stopping 2 people to walk side by side safely people have to step out into the road to let someone pass because the bushes and tree branches are over hanging the pavement and some branches are at eye level it makes the pavement difficult to walk for blind and partially sighted people. Needs trimming back.
