Several faulty manhole covers on St Wilfreds Road Widnes

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9083257.

This issue has been going on for months and to date has not been resolved by Redrow. In particular the manhole cover outside no 18 clanks loudly everytime a car drives over it.
