Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9083229.

As I turn left out of castner avenue onto sandy lane there is a very large tree branch broken and balancing /hanging over the road and next to the bus stop which is very dangerous to drivers and pedestrians. This needs attention ASAP
