Obstructing the pavement

This is just one example of illegal parking where wheelchair users,prams and visually impaired people would not be able to navigate through.There is a real problem of people parking like this down the whole street.Also people parking on double yellow lines but don’t have a blue badge and leave vehicles parked there overnight.This issue has been going on for the last 2 months.
