Large pothole has become deeper and wider

Our property is experiencing vibration and significant road traffic noise due to the deterioration to the main A37 Wells Road surface directly in front of our house at 560 Wells Rd and the level of lorry traffic running over this surface making the problem worse and dangerous. We request an urgent inspection of this site and remedial work to rectify this problem which we have had for months.
