Large potholes affecting cars and grid cement had broke off like large rock also affecting cars and dangerous

These 2 images of a pothole and dangerous broken road, cement around grid have been present for over 2 years. The grid is at the end of the path of two homes and has affected cars underneath being dragged off due to stone sticking up, it is very heavy to move and dangerous. Also just past this issue is a larger deep pothole. Which affects cars and tyres and people walking
