Drain tarmac correctly repaired but drain blocked

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9069836.

Flooding because drain hasn’t been cleared. No point correctly fixing a drain with new tarmac if the drain is blocked. Flooding occurs. Road users avoid by using the right lane. Accident pinch point, pictures not available to dangerous to stop and nowhere to park to take a picture.

Get it taken care of please.
