Anglian water parking blockade

Anglian water have blocked access to the car park, despite not working on site and all materials in bays. Saturday was very busy, and simple movement of Heras fencing would have provided free flowing on busiest day of the month. This caused a self managed contra flow through the out exit of the car park. Extremely challenging for nervous drivers and caused long tailbacks. Please could Anglian water be approached for more proactive traffic management arrangements. No diversion signs were in place.
