Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9065932.

This happened between 9.15pm and 10.30pm last night. There are 3 piles of it partially blocking the road. It looks like builders rubbish. The Wash, Ginns Road, Furneux Pelham, near SG9 0JT.
