Pavement parking

Multiple cars are parked on the pavement opposite the western cemetery, making it impossible to use it as a pedestrian or with a mobility scooter or trolley. Also, an accident waiting to happen with cars trying to come out of the residential area, as it is impossible to see oncoming traffic. Picture attached. This is an ongoing issue, and more cars are being parked every day.
