Rubbish chucked along the side of the house next to public litter bin and black bin bags full of rubbish blocking me putting my doggy poo bags in the bin . It always looks disgraceful & untidy. Sorry I did not have my mobile phone on me to take photos . The bin code I noted is LB0339 Eastfield Avenue, Weston , Bath .
