Rubbish on dual carriage

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9063554.

Yet again there is copius rubbish All along Hellevoetsluis Way, for months. Torbay is a tourist destination and this rubbish is unacceptable. If I was coming on holiday, I would urn around and go home! I have complained twice before. If the road was not such a fast road, I would attempt to pick up the rubbish myself. Exmouth PICK UP their roadside litter.

  • Road was closed over night but even more rubbish along dual carriageway now! They informed me that the problem was known to them and unable to pick up rubbish until road closed over night but rubbish still there.

  • The council emailed me and told me the road would be closed to enable rubbish to be picked up but after the closure none of the rubbish had been removed and up until today, 05/05/2026 the rubbish and even more rubbish is still there.
