Loose noisy manhole cover

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9062686.

This manhole cover has been reported previously and ‘fixed’ the problem has evolved yet again! It is a very busy road, the cover literally clonks every single time a vehicle goes over it, it is loud and incessant both day and night!! Please could someone fix it ‘permanently’ Thankyou
