Residents trying to save spaces from students

As explained in previous complaints, the students refuse to use their allocated secured car park which was written up in the planning permission. They would rather park on double yellow lines than park at the back of the building, as shown in pictures in other complaints. Now residents are pulling things out on the roads, all day all night which is making it even worse. Can you please check into this.
