Several potholes alonge the entire road

Please treat this SERIOURSLY and with outmost importance. My car was damaged here several times, there is no street illumination and at night its impossible to see the potholes. Cars are parked on either side of the road and there is no way to avoid them. THE ROAD NEEDS ENTIRE SURFACING. SHOULD this not be treated with outmost importance, complaints and further escalations will follow on my behalf. WE ARE NOT IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY. WE pay road tax to ensure a safe driving on them. Cars are getting damaged all over NORTHAMPTON. PLEASE ACT IMMEDIATELY.
