The Residents of 6 Kerr Loan and their family when visiting continue to park on the pavement around the communal garden area. This is causing a dangerous obstruction, is blocking the pavement - which elderly people walk on, children play and parents with leans and buggies have to move onto the road on a dangerous corner to avoid this car. There is ample, multiple available parking only steps away at the left hand side of the square. This has been ongoing for over a year now.
