Loose man hole cover

We have a loose man hole cover which makes an awful noise everytime a car goes over it. Our road can be busy so there is a lot of cars driving over it all day and night and it’s keeping we awake and i can’t have my windows open I worry it will come loose and damage a car and cause an accident The cover is outside the house names Southview
