Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9056159.

Surface of the pavement needs investigating. Very poor now - both the concrete section which is pit hiked and pitted, and the paving slab section which is cracked and raised. Need a resurface.
