Tree was cut down and now there is just a stump in the pavement

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9054954.

Tree outside 78, Salisbury Road was cut down and now a crooked stump has been left in the pavement- another tree on the opposite side of the road had the stump removed and grinned out this week. Can Bromley arrange this one to be taken out and grinded too please
