2feet by 1.5 feet gap in brick path

Reported via mobile in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 21:27, Thursday 5 March 2026

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9054907.

I was walking along the path this evening along the sea wall with a friend and I fell down the hole one foot deep caused by missing brick pathing see photos . There was no signs or barriers or flashing light warning you would normally expect ,.

  • PLEASE HELP (if you haven't already)! If this was Lincolnshire, then Lincolnshire County Council would be providing prompt, comprehensive, and publicly-available updates to this report, right here on the FixMyStreet website, for everybody to see. Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)! Please SIGN THE PETITITION, to urge Norfolk County Council to start collaborating with FixMyStreet, in the same way as Lincolnshire County Council is doing (as well as other places, e.g. Oxfordshire)! PETITION WEB ADDRESS: https://c.org/ Nd7gcrX4Bk (A big thankyou to everybody who has signed the petition so far. We've already exceeded 145 signatures, but let's keep going, to really make an impact on make Norfolk County Council!
