Ash Tree located on Highway land problem

From the customer - "I am writing regarding the Ash trees on the B4066, Taits Hill, Stinchcombe. I am enquiring if there are any plans to cut these trees down due to Ash dieback. I believe these trees are not healthy and the main problem is that they are damaging my wooden fence (please see photos attached). I know the fences are old and need replacing but I cannot do that because of the trees and all the overgrown vegetation around the trees.

Please can you tell me if there are any plans to inspect these trees, as there are also a lot of overhanging branches, both on the roadside and over my garden, which are quite dangerous."
