Missing bus stop at key route location

It came to our attention that an elderly bus user was not allowed to disembark from the 113 bus at the location immediately adjacent to the Spar shop and petrol station and was taken on over the river Tyne up to the next bus stop immediately across from the church. This lady has mobility issues and it was very distressing for her to then carry her bags all the way back to where she wanted to disembark. The vast majority of bus drivers are aware that this is a historic location for pickup and drop off. However, on this occasion the driver did not stop saying there was no bus stop. That is correct. Currently there is no bus stop. However, there is meant to be and it is flagged in all of the transport apps and included in Google maps as Dovecot. Can we have this reinstated as a matter of urgency.
