Outside 49 Lennard Road all the way down to Hardings Lane and beyond there is rubbish. This part of Lennard Road is always missed I wonder why?

  • Resident called to chase report the rubbish is still along the pavement and the road, each report is being marked as fixed but not cleaning taking place.
