Dangerous damaged dropped kerb

Reported via mobile in the Public footpath or cyclepath category anonymously at 21:22, Wednesday 4 March 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9048057.

I am writing to urgently report a dangerous dropped kerb outside 6 Angus Court, Peterborough, PE36BE. The kerb is severely broken and crumbling, with loose material and significant uneven surface. This has been damaged for some time but has significantly worsened over the past couple of weeks.

My two year old nephew has tripped over it six times in the past three days and has already grazed his knees. This is clearly a trip hazard and there is a real risk that someone could suffer a more serious injury. It is also unsafe when driving onto and off the driveway due to the uneven and unstable surface.

This presents a serious risk to injury to pedestrians and damage to vehicles. Given the repeated incidents, I would ask that this is treated as urgent and inspect as soon as possible.
