Potholes on Icknield Way

Icknield way is in a terrible state for cyclists and walkers. Im not sure who is responsible for it as its not a road but it is a bridleway and a national cycle route There are probably 15 potholes that are above the intervention level, there is no drainage at all on this section so you cant see the potholes for most of winter as its all underwater. Of course that standing water freezes during winter so is then extremely dangerous to anyone who uses it.
