Previous large square repair has failed with several holes, uneven and sunken surfaces causing houses to shake as vehicles go over the area and the manhole cover clatters as the small repair around it has failed.

The condition of the large square repair of tarmac has been getting worse for over a year. The uneven nature of it causes more damage as the heavy vehicles thump up and down on it causing much noise and houses to shake as well as additional damage to the road. The manhole cover is now loose too.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks.
