Speed bumps took bit off my car

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9046053.

The speed bumps along this stretch of road are too high. I drive a touran and the bump ripped a bit off the underside of my car. I checked when I got home and my tyres were inflated correctly, so by no means was my car lower than usual. Went back today to retrieve the bit that has come off and I've noticed that almost all the bumps along this stretch of road have scratches where they've caught cars.
