Parked on grass verge where double yellow lines are clearly visible

The car has been parked here for at least 1h so it wasn’t a short stop but a genuine lack of concern for the double yellow lines. The reason they were installed was to increase visibility when coming out of Netherfield Terrace onto Queensway. It has been very successful so far and it would be a shame if some people think they can get away with it and start parking there again. Thanks
