Multiple large deep potholes which are impossible to avoid

Potholes have been there since 2025 and getting much worse, and impossible to avoid. Previously “repaired” but with spray tar and gravel which doesn’t work as when it rains the rain flows off the fields, across the road and washes the gravel away. The holes need correctly repairing. There’s over 12 potholes in a 20 yard stretch of road. Elderly residents live in the road and have needed medical assistance which is becoming more of a problem recently.
