Loose drain cover in the road is damaging the tarmac.

The drain cover in the road by no. 60 is loose. It gets slammed into the road with a loud CLANK every time a car drives over it. As you can see from the photo this is demolishing the tarmac around it. The issue has been there for at least a month and is getting worse (it is a busy road).
