Hi, I filled in a report on the 9th February and as yet haven't had a response. The Web Reference is HCF007340 and Enquiry number is 70006227. The verge I'm talking about has the parish online ref of 50840672. I'm wanting you to confirm that the trees/hedges on the grass verge are on land owned by you and therefore your responsibility. Hope to hear from you within the ten days you state on your webpage. Kind regards Sue Parker
