Illegal pavement parking - Tue 03/03/2026

At this location near the David Lloyd Twickenham car park, vehicles are regularly parked on the pavement and on double yellow lines.

On Tuesday 03/03/2026, the footway was obstructed by several vehicles, including a small 5–7 tonne lorry parked partly on the pavement. The obstruction significantly reduces the available walking space.

As a result, pedestrians are frequently forced into the carriageway to pass, creating a safety risk — particularly for children, wheelchair users and those with buggies.

This appears to be a recurring issue and may require enforcement action or preventative measures to keep the pavement clear.
