Dumped sofa cushion and lots of rubbish

There’s an abandoned sofa cushion on the verge side that has been there for months. All the way down the road towards the Derwent manor hotel there is a high volume of rubbish both sides of the road in the verges, which looks very u slightly and has been there for months, it would be lovely if it could be cleared up please.
Cushion mentioned has been collected, works to clear whole stretch of road needs to be organised
