This car has been sitting here for about 6 months reported to the council has a notice on it to that effect. waiting on action to remove it.

YB59SEY been sitting in same place since long before Christmas with 'Council Aware' notice on it. How 'aware' do they need to be before they actually take some action & get it moved?
