Details of problem: Question: Where we live there is a pathway through to the little park on the woodlands estate and it also takes you to the woodlands park estate we have to cross over the old metal bridge over the old mineral railway line at our end of the bridge is a restrictor of metal tubing to stop bike ect so I understand why it is there and this side is easy to walk through with a pram, or wheelchair .however once you cross the bridge and go towards the park the restrictor the other side is a different style.. You cannot go through with a pram and you cannot go through with a wheelchair why is there a different style on both ends, why can they not be the same. I would like to access the park and pathway with a pushchair and a wheelchair can this be changed or looked at .
