Continuous dog fouling

At some point during the night or early morning before 6 am a dog is fouling the bottom end of Cumberland AVE from Ullet road up to Number 1 Cumberland AVE. The owner does not pick up. Health hazard to children on the street. This has been occurring most of this year.

Signs have been put up and stencils on the ground but still the poop arrives.
