I want to move sign to side of my house

Road users often park partially obscuring my drop kerb making it impossible to get onto my drive where I charge my electric car. Often the tiny space left means I reverse at a right angle to the road meaning I scrape the underside of my car (which is now badly damaged). I would like to remove a small section of my wall and the road sign Dongola Avenue as seen in image to allow a wider access onto my drive. The abutting road next to the sign is double yellow lines so I will be able to always access my drive here. I will pay the construction team to relocate the road sign professionally to the side of our house so there is clear signage for Dongola Avenue
