This blocked gully hasn't been cleaned for years. It was missed on a recent round of gully cleaning and when reported 12-18months the contractor couldn't find it (probably due to the build up of muck and dirt!). Needs cleaning as this corner floods during wet periods and freezes during the cold periods.
