Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 90305.

The blocked drain at Standon Green End is causing a problem with overflowing water, especially when the temperature is below freezing and it freezes.

The drain is still blocked. Water is running across the road at the junction. This makes it dangerous on frosty mornings.
