Upton Road agricultural land

Travellers are setting up an encampment, they say they have bought the land. This land is under a covenant (Dinton Parish Church) and is in a conservation area. They moved in Saturday Morning 28th February and have laid tarmac and hard core. Putnams Lorries delivered everything and a digger is on site. They are destroying the field. They have smashed the gate access.
