Curb mounting on Island on argyle Avenue ruining the grass. There is also lots of litter

The island at the top end of argyle Avenue requires a double curb to stop vehicles from mounting it and ruining the grass. It is used as a roundabout but traffic through the street and as a result the through traffic mounts the curb. The island also has a significant amount of litter that requires clearing.
