  • Hole is getting worse - this will the the third repair on this hole this year

Posted anonymously at 09:54, Monday 2 March 2026

  • Pothole is now 3-4ft long, 2ft wide and deepening with each vehicle that makes contact with it. This a fast and busy stretch, immediately off the roundabout and heading up the A418 Aylesbury.

  • I hit this last night! How on EARTH has this not been fixed properly!?! This will cause serious injury to vulnerable two wheeled road users.

  • I have a message from my friend that dates this pothole in its current state back to February 23rd. By the end of this week it'll have been a full month of absolutely no fixes to this deep, large pothole with a very harsh edge for everyone to puncture their tyres & smash their rims on. It's disgraceful that things like this are left so long without being fixed.
