Union Jack flags all over St Aldates

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9023732.

Union Jack snd England flags have been attached to lampposts which seems to have been done as a political statement. Oxford is a welcoming city and the flags not are not done in that spirit. The flags have been erected without consent which breaches s. 132(1) Highways Act 1980, and the council has a duty under s.130 to keep the highway free from unauthorised. Please remove as a matter of urgency. Thanks.
