Key litter bins a mess

Given a) it's a major tourist attraction & listed building b) it's not exactly looking too inviting with the overdue roof work... what chance someone could at least clean those 2 bins at the Art Gallery & Museum entrance and, importantly, keep them clean (repeat across all major council venues across Glasgow. cough... Commonwealth Games. Thanks.
