Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9017808.

Flags on lampposts in Nyetimber which have been there for about 2 weeks & unless authorised by the council, have been placed illegally & should be removed. They are offensive to some residents & give the wrong impression to the many visitors.
